What is the Priority Payment Method?
This feature allows users to set a preferred payment method that will automatically be used for specific transactions like airtime and data top-ups or bill payments. By selecting a primary payment option, you ensure that your transactions are processed swiftly, without the need to choose a payment method each time.
Key Points to Know:
- Default Payment: Once set, your chosen payment method will be the default for airtime, data top-ups, and bill payments.
- Feature Scope: The Priority Payment Method is specifically for airtime, data, and bill payments. It does not apply to transfers, withdrawals, or other services like PayShop.
- Automatic Adjustment: If your preferred payment method is unavailable at the time of the transaction, the system will automatically switch to the next available option, ensuring uninterrupted service.
How to Set Your Priority Payment Method:
- Open the PalmPay app and head to the Settings menu.
- Select ‘Payment Setting.’
- Tap on ‘Priority Payment Method.’
- Choose your preferred payment option.
