For Ohale Silver Chioma, the journey into tech wasn’t just about learning new skills, it was about rewriting her story. Before joining the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) programme, Silver had the passion and a brilliant idea but struggled to bring it to life. Through structured Product Management training and data-driven guidance, she gained the clarity and confidence to transform her business, Vera Venture, into a scalable brand.

Today, Vera Venture is pioneering digital dehydration technology to produce nutrient-rich, shelf-stable foods that serve both local and international markets. Beyond profit, Silver’s work sustains local farmers, creates part-time jobs, and promotes community empowerment, one product at a time.

Her impact doesn’t stop there. Silver is also lending her voice, literally, to the future of African languages as a Language Consultant with Awarri Technologies, contributing to an AI-driven language preservation project.

From a single idea to a growing enterprise, Silver’s story embodies the true spirit of innovation, resilience, and empowerment that the 3MTT programme stands for. And this is only the beginning.
