Infinix has officially launched its much-anticipated NOTE 50 Series, headlined by the NOTE 50 Pro, a device positioned to challenge the boundaries of what an affordable flagship smartphone can deliver.
Combining sleek design with cutting-edge technology, the NOTE 50 Series introduces features like the One-Tap Infinix AI∞ system, a true-metal ArmorAlloy frame, and advanced charging technologies tailored for today’s fast-paced lifestyles. The devices are thoughtfully built to cater to both work and entertainment needs, offering a balance of durability, performance, and intelligent functionality.
The NOTE 50 Series stands out with a 144Hz 6.78″ AMOLED display, a powerful 50MP OIS Night Master Camera, and All-Round FastCharging 3.0 technology. The series also supports Wireless MagCharge, emphasizing long-lasting utility and quick power delivery.
Weiqi Nie, Product Director at Infinix, described the NOTE 50 Series as the brand’s latest flagship that takes a user-centric approach. “We’ve transformed a daily-use smartphone into a true flagship, integrating innovative materials, advanced AI, intelligent charging, and health monitoring features,” he said.
The NOTE 50 Series sets a new benchmark as the first smartphone under $500 to feature a true-metal frame. Crafted with ArmorAlloy—an advanced combination of Damascus steel and aerospace-grade aluminum—the device offers both premium aesthetics and superior durability. HyperCasting technology, inspired by automotive engineering, ensures lightweight strength and impact resistance. TÜV SÜD-certified ShockAbsorb buffers provide added drop protection.
The Pro variant also features a 4.5G Open-Air Network Structure, enhancing WiFi connectivity and GPS accuracy for smoother navigation and faster downloads.
Equipped with a 5200mAh battery and 90W All-Round FastCharging 3.0, the NOTE 50 Pro supports three charging modes—Smart, Turbo, and Low-Temperature—achieving a full charge in just 38 minutes. The Cheetah X2 chip ensures long battery life, retaining over 80% capacity after 2,300 charging cycles. In extreme temperatures ranging from -20°C to 40°C, SolidCore Battery technology maintains stability.
Features like PowerReserve mode allow for extended use even on 1% battery, while reverse charging options offer emergency support via 10W wired and 7.5W wireless outputs.
Infinix introduces its advanced AI assistant, Folax, accessible via a long press of the power button. It offers real-time content recognition, translation, Q&A functionality, and seamless multitasking. For the first time in the industry, Infinix integrates SpO2 and heart rate sensors directly into the phone. Users can monitor their vitals using the built-in My Health app, accessible via a simple touch or voice command through Folax.
A 50MP main camera enhanced by AI RAW processing delivers exceptional results in night and backlit conditions. The NOTE 50 Pro adds a 112° ultra-wide-angle lens and Street Mode for spontaneous captures. A 144Hz AMOLED display with TÜV Rheinland certification ensures vivid visuals and eye comfort.
The Bio-Active Halo system introduces mini-LED effects for calls, charging, and notifications, adding flair and function. Additional features include dual JBL speakers, IP64 dust and water resistance, NFC, and infrared remote control.
The NOTE 50 Series is available in five color options: Titanium Grey, Enchanted Purple, Ruby Red, Mountain Shade, and the unique Racing Edition, which draws inspiration from racing cars with bold tri-color striping.
Starting at ₦311,500 for the NOTE 50 and ₦368,800 for the NOTE 50 Pro, the new lineup is available at authorized retail outlets across Nigeria.
