Telecommunications powerhouse, Globacom, continues to expand its customer base as its Bulk Data services deliver exciting benefits that captivate the market. These services, available in multiple options, were specifically developed to enhance user satisfaction.

Globacom emphasized that the service includes an SMS notification feature, alerting recipients about the gifted data. This offering can also be tailored to meet a sponsor’s specific preferences, making it stand out from similar products in the market. “The gifted plans can be personalized according to the sponsor’s needs, and beneficiaries of the Bulk Data gifting service can check their balance by dialing 1270# on their devices,” Glo explained.

For example, the self-service portal enables Glo Enterprise clients to distribute data to other users. Additionally, a portion of the Bulk Data allocation can be utilized for free navigation on specific mobile apps or websites, allowing certain users to access them at no cost. The enterprise customer covers the expense of this feature.

Likewise, sponsors can share data in various sizes, including 200MB, 500MB, 1GB, 2GB, 3GB, 4GB, 5GB, or 10GB, depending on the Bulk Data package they have selected. The Schools’ Bucket Data Plan, valid for 90 days, enables educational institutions to purchase Bulk Data for students’ academic use. Meanwhile, the Gifted Data Plan has a 30-day validity, allowing sponsors to distribute data to an unlimited number of Glo subscribers. Sponsors can also send multiple data gifts to the same recipient, as highlighted in a press release issued by Globacom in Lagos.

The company further clarified that the Bulk Data service is exclusively available to bulk data purchasers, including corporate entities and academic institutions, such as universities and colleges.
