To cater to different customer needs, the enhanced platform offers a wide range of borrowing options, with airtime and data packages valued from ₦25 to ₦4,000, providing subscribers with flexible choices based on their communication requirements.
Globacom explained that borrowing limits are determined by individual customer usage patterns and engagement on the network. Subscribers who maintain consistent activity and regular usage are eligible for higher airtime and data credit limits, ensuring that loyal customers enjoy greater flexibility.
The company said the tiered borrowing structure not only guarantees the sustainability of the service but also rewards active subscribers with credit facilities that align with their evolving digital lifestyles.
