Big Brother Naija Season 9 runner-up Wanni has shared her sense of fulfillment after her journey on the reality TV show, despite not emerging as the ultimate winner.
In a recent interview with Pulse, Wanni reflected on her experience in the BBNaija house, describing it as rewarding and transformative. She revealed that she entered the show with clear goals and believes she achieved them all. “For me, I feel like I won the show because I accomplished everything I set out to do. I came for three things: brand promotion, personal growth, and meaningful friendships,” Wanni said.
One of the key highlights of her time in the house, according to Wanni, was the connections she formed with her fellow housemates. She emphasized that the friendships she built and the personal development she experienced were more valuable to her than winning the competition.
Wanni entered the show as a pair with her twin sister, Handi, who was evicted in Week 8. Despite this, Wanni pressed on, reaching the final stage of the competition.
The ninth season of BBNaija, dubbed the “No Loose Guard” edition, concluded on October 6, 2024, with Kellyrae crowned as the winner. While Wanni did not take home the top prize, her journey in the house has left her with a strong sense of achievement and fulfillment.
