Alimosho Chairman Welcomes Globacom’s New Customer Service Outlet in Iyana Ipaja

The Chairman of Alimosho Local Government, Hon. Jelili Suleiman Adewale, has assured telecommunications giant Globacom of unwavering community support following the launch of a new Gloworld customer service outlet in the Iyana Ipaja area of Lagos.

Speaking as the special guest at the outlet’s commissioning on Friday, Hon. Adewale commended Globacom for enhancing accessibility to its services for residents of Alimosho. “Globacom is our company; we are going to patronize you and ensure that this shop flourishes. You will never regret bringing your branch to Iyana Ipaja,” he pledged.

The event was attended by notable dignitaries, including Hon. Obadina Ahmed, Speaker of Alimosho LGA House, other council officials, and Chief Akeweje of Alimosho General, Jamin Shotayo Tadeyo, who represented the Baale of Iyana Ipaja, High Chief Rasak Mosaku.

Globacom’s business partner for the Iyana Ipaja region, Mr. Chukwuma Leonard, Managing Director of Talkpoint Telecommunications, also lauded the telecommunications company for strategically placing the outlet to serve the growing needs of the community.

Abdulrazaq Ande, a representative of Globacom, highlighted the shop’s role in providing premium customer experiences. He described it as part of a series of next-generation contact centres designed for aesthetic appeal, comfort, and efficient service delivery.

“Our approach to customer service is to consistently seek innovative channels to make our products and services accessible, providing engaging network experiences for our customers,” Ande explained.

The outlet features well-trained, customer-friendly staff dedicated to addressing customer complaints and service needs. In addition to offering Globacom’s wide array of services, including the popular Glo Berekete 10X package and the Glo Café app, the centre provides customers with perks like double data value, free access to social platforms like Instagram and TikTok, and benefits for audio and video streaming.

The commissioning underscores Globacom’s commitment to expanding its reach and improving customer satisfaction, further cementing its position as a leader in Nigeria’s digital landscape.
