To address the issue, 9mobile has mobilized a dedicated effort to restore services. “We have set up a Virtual Situation Room between management and the technical team to take real-time reports from different locations and ensure a hands-on approach to complete service restoration for our esteemed customers.”
The company reported that service has been restored in most areas, with technical teams working diligently to resolve any remaining issues. The management emphasized that swift resolution is ongoing, reiterating the telecom company’s focus on maintaining service quality. “We appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time,” the statement added. “Be assured that the excellent connectivity that enables you to do all you want to do is the commitment of our new leadership.”
