On Saturday, May 18, Zion Prayer Movement Outreach (ZPMOM) launched its annual global initiative to fast and pray for 100 days.
The culmination of the 2024 edition, with the theme “100 Days of Awesome Miracles and Deliverance,” will take place over three days, from August 23 to August 25, Sunday.
The initiative would “positively alter lives and simultaneously open every closed door in the lives of those who participate actively and sincerely in the fasting and prayer,” according to evangelist Chukwuebuka Anozie Obi, the ministry’s spiritual director.
He said, “The supernatural magnetic force of God can be effectively attracted to you through fasting and prayer, which will inevitably enable you to attract favours, connections, blessings, and transformations in all ramifications.
“Evangelist Ebuka noted, however, that in order to draw God’s grace and benefits, fasting must be supported by prayers, abstaining from sin and immorality, righteousness, charity, and purity of heart. He made these remarks on Wednesday during the midweek Prophetic and Deliverance programme.
In order to unleash God’s compassion and mercy, he asked Zionites to emulate his life of selflessness, abstinence from drink and sex, abnegation, righteousness, and continuous fasting.
He informed the audience that the venue of the crusade would be disclosed in due course as the ministry’s headquarters at Agor, Okota, Lagos, would not contain the Multitude of Zionites expected to come for the programme from across the world.
The 2023 edition saw the main auditorium, the 14 plots and the 40 plots filled to the brim, with the crowd spilling over into all the adjoining streets of Onyebuchi Estate in Okota. This has prompted the search for a much larger venue for the 2024 event, Evangelist Ebuka explained.
During the 100 days programme, Evangelist Ebuka will also hold the divine mercy prayers at 3 p.m. and Open Heavens at 11 p.m. daily for prophetic declarations and instant solutions.
