In a recent sermon delivered at the Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyomie, the General Overseer, made a surprising revelation about the financial support he provides to his wife for ‘feeding.’ The cleric disclosed that he allocates a substantial sum of N1 million monthly to cater to his wife’s nutritional needs.
During the sermon, Pastor Ibiyomie emphasized the importance of financial prudence among married women and encouraged them to make wise use of money given to them. He recalled that in the past, he used to allocate N600,000 per month for his wife’s feeding expenses, along with an additional N500,000 to N600,000 for each service.
However, as the size of his household increased, so did the expenses. To accommodate the growing needs, the cleric made the decision to increase his wife’s monthly allowance to an impressive N1 million.
“I used to give my wife N600,000 for feeding a month, then I used to give every service N500,000 to N600,000 per service when I was providing her N600,000 per month,” Pastor Ibiyomie stated during the sermon.
“Then I shifted to N1 million per month because my house is big. All women who are not prudent, please be prudent. Don’t tell me your husband is rich, so you waste money. If, with all the wealth I have, my wife can use N1 million wisely,” he further added
