The MTN Foundation has announced the return of its Y’ellopreneur Programme, a flagship initiative designed to empower female entrepreneurs across Nigeria with the skills, resources and opportunities needed to grow and sustain their businesses.

The programme, which has already impacted numerous women through its first two phases, is set to enter its third phase, further strengthening MTN Foundation’s commitment to supporting women-led enterprises and promoting economic empowerment.

As part of activities marking the new phase, the Foundation will host a press conference and marketplace exhibition on Tuesday, March 17, bringing together beneficiaries, stakeholders and members of the media.

The marketplace exhibition will feature Y’ellopreneurs from Phases One and Two, who will showcase a wide range of products and services developed through the programme. The exhibition will provide guests with the opportunity to experience firsthand the creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit of women whose businesses have been nurtured through the initiative.

According to the organisers, the event will not only highlight the impact of the programme but will also serve as a platform for networking, visibility and business opportunities for participating entrepreneurs.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase products directly from the entrepreneurs, making the exhibition both an engaging and rewarding shopping experience while supporting women-led businesses.

Through the Y’ellopreneur Programme, the MTN Foundation continues to play a vital role in equipping female entrepreneurs with the tools, knowledge and exposure required to thrive in today’s competitive business environment, while contributing meaningfully to Nigeria’s economic development.
