Momentum is building for the highly anticipated second edition of Payments Forum Nigeria (PAFON 2.0), as organizers unveil a compelling lineup of industry leaders set to speak at the event. Scheduled for Thursday, April 10, 2025, at the Function Room 1 of the Oriental Hotel, Lekki Road, Lagos, the event will run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
With the theme “Bridging the Customer Experience Gap for Financial Inclusion Using AI,” PAFON 2.0 promises to serve as a vital platform for knowledge exchange among key stakeholders across Nigeria’s financial and tech ecosystems. The goal is to foster collaborative strategies that support policy development, mitigate fraud, and strengthen digital financial services.
Ebehijie Momoh, Managing Director and CEO of AfriGoPay Financial Services Ltd, will deliver the keynote address, offering critical insights on the intersection of artificial intelligence and customer experience in driving financial inclusion.
Also gracing the event as Special Guests of Honour are Uche Uzoebo, MD/CEO of Shared Agent Network Expansion Facilities (SANEF) Ltd, and Chika Nwosu, MD/CEO of PalmPay Nigeria, two trailblazers in Nigeria’s digital finance landscape.
