Several Nigerians have been left fuming over the apology issued by telecommunications giant, MTN Nigeria following the recent network problem experienced by some of its subscribers on Saturday afternoon.
Several MTN Nigeria subscribers were left frustrated on Saturday afternoon after they could not access the network due to the network outage. This prompted some of the subscribers to storm social media and lament the situation, calling upon the network provider to act swiftly.
Reacting to the development through its Facebook page, MTN Nigeria issued an apology to those affected and stated that it was aware of the situation.
The post reads, “Dear customers, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused!
“Some of our customers are having difficulty in connecting to the network today. We are looking into this and are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused”.
