Ugochi S. Emmanuel is a Media personnel who as a correspondent was an ICT and business reporter at Digivation Network, formerly known as AIT Info Tech, Cyber Africa, and a business and entrepreneurial magazine; Enterprise Africa360
She covers the global digital media sector, with specific interests in information and communications technology media and Innovations. She has also been involved in special projects conception and implementation to drive ICT innovation, enterprise and youth development. Some of such initiative include; The Nigeria Digital Innovation Conference, Nigeria Mobile Economy Dialogue where she managed the media and publicity portfolio. She managed and coordinated the Nigeria Women Digital Agenda summit and awards, an annual event saddled at bringing women and girls together to highlight the huge opportunities available to women in the 21stcentury, accelerate progress and identify Nigerian women across board that have been able to maximize the tremendous opportunities offered by the digital age to better their communities, career and the country at large.
Her research interests are in broadcasting, communications, the lifestyle of women in the digital era, mobile and technology. Ugochi provides analysis of the key developments in content creation employing various information technology tools.
She holds a B.A degree in creative Arts from the University of Lagos, Akoka Yaba Lagos state and a professional class in Reportorial and Presentation from the federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria training school and Soni Irabor school of media and communications. She recently concluded her Post Graduate Diploma at the Nigeria Institute of Journalism
She won an award as the best supporting ICT media for DigiVation network.
Ugochi later left Digivation to create TECHlife with Ugo. The program which is saddled to discuss topical and trending issues and development across all sectors of the economy ,both local and international with conversations with global thought leaders and cultural influencers on the issues and trends impacting the world each day, from politics, business and technology to arts, science and sports.
